Fina
Fina started with pole dance about 9 years ago, and even though she was doing ballroom dancing in her teens, pole dance and later exotic sparked an ultimate love of movement and awe of what the human body is capable of. She started at the very back of the class, not wanting to look at the mirror. She got used to it and now adores what she sees. She tries to pass the self-love during her classes.
Her approach towards exercise is that it should make you feel good, even when it’s challenging. What she loves about dancing is that you can get lost in the music, focusing on the emotions and forgetting that you are actually having quite an intense workout.
